OUM Somaly
SACHAS Program Manager
Ms. Oum Somaly is a program manager of Solidarity Action for Community Harmonization and Sustainability (SACHAS) program at the NGO Forum on Cambodia. This program aims to bring policy into practice and inform back to policy makers and relevant stakeholders. This program is working more at the sub-national level. Previously, she was a junior lecturer, researcher, and freelance consultant. Her working experience spans over 9 years in the field of Natural Resources Management, Livelihood system, Ecosystem Services, Agricultural Economics, Social Economic, and Rural Development. She has skilled at enabling communication between relevant parties at all levels from the Ministry to the local level and with national and international donors/partners.

- Master's degree of Natural Resources Managment at the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand
- Bachelor’s degree of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development, Royal University of Agriculture, Phnom Penh
