នៅក្នុង​បន្ទប់​ការិយាល័យ​នៃ​​វេទិកា​នៃ​អង្គការ​មិន​មែន​រដ្ឋាភិបាល​ស្តីពី​កម្ពុជា(NGOF) លោក តឹក វណ្ណារ៉ា កំពុង​បំពេញការងារ​ប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់​លោក រួមមាន​ការពិនិត្យ​មើល ឆ្លើយ​តប និងផ្ទៀង​ផ្ទាត់​ឯកសារ​ផ្សេងៗ​ពី​គម្រោងកម្មវិធី​ខុសៗ​​គ្នា ដើម្បី​ធា​នា​ឲ្យ​បាន​នូវ​វឌ្ឍនភាព​ដ៏​រលូន​នៅក្នុងស្ថាប័នការងារ។ យូរៗម្តង លោក​ទទួល​ទូរសព័្ទ​ពី​សហការី ​និង​ភាគី​ពាក់ព័ន្ធស្នើសុំ​ជួប​ប្រជុំពិភាក្សាទាក់ទិននឹងការងារ។ តាមរយៈ​នីតិវិធី​ជ្រើសរើស​ប្រកបដោយ​តម្លាភាព និងយុត្តិធម៌​ ដោយ​ផ្អែក​លើ​ទេពកោសល្យ កម្រិត​វប្បធម៌ រួមជាមួយនឹងបទពិសោធន៍​ការងារ លោក​ វណ្ណារ៉ា អាយុ៣៣ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវ​បាន​ជ្រើសរើស​ និង​តែង​តាំង​ជានាយក​ប្រតិបត្តិ​​ថ្មីនៃ​​​ NGOF​ ចាប់​ពី​ថ្ងៃទី ១៧ ខែ កុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ ២០១៤តទៅ។ NGOF បាន និងកំពុង​ធ្វើ​ការងារយ៉ាងសស្រាក់សស្រាំទៅ​លើ​កម្មវិធី​ផ្សេងៗ​ដើម្បី​ធ្វើឲមានការ​ប្រែប្រួល​ជាវិជ្ជមាន​នៅ​កម្ពុជា។ ប្រការ​នេះ​នាំ​មក​នូវ​ភារកិច្ច​ និង​ការទទួល​ខុសត្រូវ​ជាច្រើន​ដែល​តម្រូវ​ឲ្យ​លោក វណ្ណារ៉ា ធ្វើការ និងដោះស្រាយ​ជាមួយ។ ទន្ទឹម​នឹងនេះ លោកក៏​មាន​សុទិដ្ឋិនិយម​ខ្ពស់​ជាមួយ​ការ​ខិត​ខំ​របស់​លោក ដោយលោក​មាន​ជំនឿ​យ៉ាងមុតមាំទៅលើ​ឧត្តមភាព​នៃ​ការ​លើក​ទឹកចិត្ត​ និងការគាំទ្រ​របស់​សមាជិកភាព ដែលជា​សមាសភាគ​ដ៏​សំខាន់​សម្រាប់​អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ការងារ​។ នៅ​ពេល​យើង​សួរ​លោក​ថា​តើ​​ការងារ​អាទិភាព​របស់​លោក​មាន​អ្វី​ខ្លះ​ជាមួយ​តួនាទី​ថ្មី​នៅ NGOF លោក​បាន​មានប្រសាសន៍ថា“ជាចំបងត្រូវសំដៅ​សម្រេច​បាន​នូវផែនការ​​យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ​រយៈពេល​​វែង​ និងខ្លី​របស់​យើង​ក្នុង​ពេល​ខាង​មុខ ដោយ​ផ្តោត​ការខិតខំ​ និង​ធនធាន​​ឆ្ពោះ​ទៅ​លើ​អ្វី​ដែលជម្រុញ​ឲ្យ​សម្រេច​បាន​គោលដៅ​របស់​យើង។ ទន្ទឹម​នឹង​នេះ យើង​ចាំបាច់​ត្រូវ​បន្ត​ផ្តោ​តលើ​កម្មវិធី​បច្ចុប្បន្ន​ដើម្បី​ធានា​​ឲ្យ​បាន​នូវ​ការ​ធ្វើ​សកម្មភាព​ប្រកបដោយ​ប្រសិទ្ធភាព​ស្របគ្នា​នឹង​សមិទ្ធផល។ ដោយ​មាន​ការ​ខិតខំ​ប្រឹងប្រែង គាំទ្រ​និងការចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសកម្មពីអង្គការសមាជិកភាព​ អង្គការបណ្តាញ និងបុគ្គលិកទាំងអស់ ​ក្នុង ការងារ ខ្ញុំ​ជឿ​ថា​យើង​អាច​ប្រែ​ក្លាយ​កម្ពុជា​ឲ្យ​ក្លាយ​ជា​ទីកន្លែង​កាន់​តែ​ប្រសើរ​ឡើង​មួយ។” ក្នុង​ឋានៈ​ជា​​នាយក​ប្រតិបត្តិ​ថ្មី​ ​ដែល​ដឹកនាំ​អង្គការ​ទាំងមូល លោក​ វណ្ណារ៉ា មាន​គោលដៅ​ជាក់លាក់គឺ ១)រក្សាកេរតំណែលដែលវេទិកាអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលស្តីពីកម្ពុជាមានឲបានល្អប្រសើរ ២)បន្តកិច្ច សហប្រតិបត្តការឲបានល្អប្រសើរជាមួយអង្គការសមាជិក អង្គការបណ្តាញ ម្ចាស់ជំនួយ ដៃគូ អភិវឌ្ឍន៌​ និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗទៀត ដើម្បីសំរេចបាននូវទស្សនៈវិស័យ និងបេសកកម្មរបស់វេទិកា​នេះ ៣)ពង្រឹងអង្គការសមាជិកបណ្តាញទាំង៨​ឲបានរឹងមាំ និងខ្លាំងក្លា ក្នុងការបំរើសេវាកម្មប្របក​ដោយ​ប្រសិទ្ធិភាពទៅដល់ប្រជាជនដែលងាយរងគ្រោះ និងក្រីក្រ ៤)ធានា​ និងរក្សាឲអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល​នៅ​តែមានឪកាស​គ្រប់គ្រាន់ក្នុងការចូលរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍន៌សង្គម ហើយធ្វើជាកញ្ជក់ឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងសំរាប់​ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៌​សង្គមឲកាន់តែប្រសើរ និងមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាពខ្ពស់ ៥)រៀបចំយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តត្រឹមត្រូវ ច្បាស់​លាស់​​ក្នុងការបំរើសេវាកម្មឆ្លើតតបទៅនឹងសេចក្តីត្រូវការពិត​ប្រាកដរបស់អង្គការសមាជិភាព និងអង្គការ​សមាជិកបណ្តាញ និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ​ និង៦)ធ្វើឲវេទិកាអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលស្តីពីកម្ពុជាក្លាយជា​អង្គការ​​គំរូល្អ និងមាននិរន្តរភាពនៅថ្នាក់ជាតិ តំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិ។ ​ដើម្បីសំរេច​បាននូវកិច្ចការទាំងនេះ ទាមទារឲយើងមានទស្សនៈវិស័យច្បាស់លាស់ យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តត្រឹមត្រូវ ការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង ភាពអំណត់ ការលះបង់ ការតាំងចិត្តខ្ពស់ សាមគ្គីភាព ភាពជាគំរូល្អប្រកបដោយយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត និងសុចរិតភាព។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោក ...
