Consultancy Advertisement: Review of the Cumulative and Transboundary Impact of Proposed Sanakham Hydropower Project

IntroductionSanakham hydropower project is the sixth proposed project on the lower Mekong mainstream in Laos. After checking the completeness of the proposal, MRC has officially kicked off the PNPCA of the project since June 30th, 2020 that would provide a platform to all relevant stakeholders including CSOs and the community in the Mekong Region to comment on the proposed project.
