The NGO Forum on Cambodia is a membership organization consisting of local and international NGOs. It exists to coordinate and equip members, networks of NGOs, and other civil society organizations to actively engage in policy dialogue, debate, and advocacy with and for poor and vulnerable people in Cambodia. The NGO Forum is seeking qualified Cambodian candidates for the two positions:

  1. Deputy Executive Director (DED), under direct supervision of Executive director, provides management and leadership to programs and operation of the NGO Forum. The incumbent will ensure the effective implementation of NGO Forum’s action plan with impact-oriented and adhere to the policies and procedures of the organization. The DED supervises 4 program managers of Development Issues, Environment Issues, Land and Livelihood and Research and Information Centre and Gender Officer, Finance Manager, and Admin Officer.

Candidates must have:Master degree in related fields, minimum five-year work experience in management level with NGOs in social development and advocacy, In-depth knowledge of the above issues, excellent organizational management, demonstrated experience in PCM, demonstrated ability to manage membership organization, excellent team player, excellent oral and written communication skill both Khmer and English, experience in the usage of computers and office software packages.

  1. National Budget Project Coordinator coordinates and facilitates the activities of and work with the network and sectoral NGOs to achieve the objective of the National Budget Project in liaison with the Program Manager. The project coordinator needs to drive the project to achieve the advocacy targets and objectives on behalf of NGOF and members by demanding for national budget transparency of the government through provide sufficient capacity to CSOs to monitor national budget for priority sectors, coordinating advocacy for comprehensive and timely budget information, and CSOs engagement in budget process.

Candidates must have:Master or Bachelor degree in Economic Development, or related subject, minimum three-year work experience with NGOs in social development and advocacy, in-depth knowledge of the national budget policies and process, demonstrated experience in advocacy work, experience of preparing, monitoring and managing project plan, demonstrated ability to coordinate and maintain professional network with CSOs and RGC, experience of working in team, excellent oral and written communication skill both Khmer and English, experience in the usage of computers and office software packages.
