អ្នកតំណាងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលជាតិ និង​អន្តរជាតិ មកពី​​ស្ថាប័នជាង​១០០ បានជួបជុំគ្នា ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពី បញ្ហាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា ​និងប្រកាសផ្សព្វផ្សាយឯកសារ​គោលជំហរ​របស់​អង្គការមិនមែន រដ្ឋាភិបាល នៅក្នុង សិក្ខាសាលាមួយស្តីពី “បញ្ហាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍របស់កម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០១០​​-២០១២” កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១២ នៅសណ្ឋាគារកាំបូឌីយ៉ាណា។ ឯកសារ​គោលជំហរ​របស់​អង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល​ស្តីពី​​​​បញ្ហា​​អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ កម្ពុជាឆ្នាំ២០១០-២០១២ លើកឡើងពីបញ្ហាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ស្ទើរគ្រប់វិស័យ រាប់តាំងពី ការអប់រំ​ សុខភាព ​កំណែ​ទម្រង់​ការបោះឆ្នោត កំណែទម្រង់​ប្រព័ន្ធ​​តុលាការ​និង​យុត្តិធម៌ កំណែទម្រង់​ដីធ្លី​និង​ព្រៃ​ឈើ​ រហូត​ដល់​​ស្ថានភាព​ការងារ ពិកាភាព ផល​ប៉ះពាល់​នៃ​ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍​ទំនប់​វារីអគ្គិសនី  និង​ផលប៉ះពាល់​ផ្នែក​សង្គម​និង​បរិស្ថាន​នៃ​ឧស្សាហកម្ម​រុករក​រ៉ែ​នៅ កម្ពុជា។​
